Our portal links to various social networks. The link is technically implemented in such a way that your browser only connects to the web server of the social network when you click on the corresponding button. Our website uses the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for the integration of videos. (2.1) Processing and use of your personal data when downloading software
If you complete the form for the software download on our portal, your details will be used by CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG , 26180 Rastede, Germany, on our behalf to send you further information about the downloaded software and related services via our newsletter and other automated e-mails. You can object to the sending of the newsletter at any time, see also section (2.2).
Furthermore, CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG uses the information in the download form on our behalf to analyze your further use of our portal. Certain usage data is linked to your person and stored in our CRM. This enables us to send you information and offers tailored to your interests.
